Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business information and project message you choose to submit. We use this information to review your enquiry, reply and discuss a potential project.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms so the enquiry can be delivered to us. Their service may process the submitted fields and technical information required to prevent abuse and deliver the message.
Technical data and cookies
Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, relevant calls to action and successful enquiry submissions across Norakon and Norakon Studio. We do not send names, email addresses, business details or message contents to analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.
Analytics choices
Analytics storage is denied by default. Your choice is stored for Norakon domains so it can be respected across the main site and Studio. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent prevents further analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and communication workflow, or when required by law.
